Is the pilot listing free?
Eligible verified facilities may be listed without listing fee during the pilot period, subject to verification, eligibility, platform readiness and terms. Free pilot listing is not permanent and may change after pilot.
Does submission guarantee approval?
No. Submission does not guarantee approval, app listing, user traffic, marketplace activation, income or referral reward.
Why is GPS required?
GPS helps ClinicGenZ verify location accuracy before listing. Browser GPS requires permission. In production, GPS coordinates, accuracy and timestamp will be stored for admin review.
Can the referrer see my private details?
No. Referrers should only see safe referral status later, such as pending review or verified listing. Private owner contact, documents and admin notes must not be shown to referrers.
What happens after approval?
After admin verification, the facility may appear in the ClinicGenZ app listing during pilot. Future marketplace, subscription, booking, document and payment functions will be introduced later only when ready.
Is ClinicGenZ replacing government licensing?
No. ClinicGenZ verification is for platform listing review only. Facilities remain responsible for their own legal, professional, business and regulatory compliance.
Can I login after registration?
Facility login is designed for verified facility owners after account invitation.
